How we work

A few rules that make an hourly engagement as predictable as an in-house team.

The same person on the project

We do not rotate people. Whoever is assigned to your project stays on it unless you ask for a change — so they carry real product knowledge, not just repo access.

At most three projects per person

Our developers work on a maximum of three projects at a time. That is as many as one can run without losing context or queueing urgent requests.

Monthly time report

Everyone logs the time spent on each task. At the end of the month you get a report and know exactly what you are paying for.
