An MVP usually takes 2-3 months. A full application 6-12 months. After the first call we give you a concrete estimate.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to questions clients ask most often. Can't find what you're looking for — write to us.
General
How long does a typical project take?
Can I commission just part of a project?
Yes — staff augmentation or architecture consulting are standard options. Check the "Other" service.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign an NDA before the first call on request. Our project contracts also include a confidentiality clause by default.
What exactly do you do?
We are a software house — we build mobile apps (Flutter), web (React/Next.js) and backends (Symfony/PHP). We run a project from discovery, through sprints, all the way to production maintenance.
Do you build your own products too?
Yes. MiniJob, Check!, Magic Storyland, CV Creator and Screenshot Maker are our own publicly available apps. We maintain them ourselves, so it is not just slideware.
Pricing
What does the quoting process look like?
You fill in the form and we get back to you within 24h. The first call (30 min, free) is a discovery session. Within 3-5 days we deliver a detailed estimate.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. An MVP usually lands in the lower range, a full product (mobile + backend + web) higher. We give concrete ranges after the first call and a short discovery.
Do you bill fixed price or time & material?
Both models. Fixed price works well with a clearly defined scope, time & material for evolving projects where the scope matures along the way.
Collaboration
What does working together look like step by step?
Discovery → design and estimate → sprints with regular demos → launch → maintenance and growth. We keep the team consistent throughout the whole project.
How often do I get progress updates?
We work in sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You have access to the task board and repository — progress is visible continuously, not just in status reports.
Can I add my own people to the team?
Yes. We also work in a hybrid and staff augmentation model — our engineers reinforce your team or run a dedicated module.
Technology
Which technologies do you work with?
Mobile — Flutter; web — React/Next.js; backend — Symfony (PHP) and Node. Plus Firebase, Docker, MySQL/PostgreSQL. We always pick the stack to fit the specific project.
Does a mobile app run on iOS and Android from a single codebase?
Yes. We build with Flutter — one codebase for both platforms, which shortens delivery time and lowers maintenance cost compared to two separate native apps.
How do you ensure code quality?
Code review, automated tests (unit and E2E in Playwright), CI/CD and production monitoring (Crashlytics, analytics). Quality is part of the process, not a final stage.
After launch
What happens after launch — do you maintain the apps?
Yes, we offer maintenance and further development. Some deployments we have maintained for years — e.g. the system for kasyno.olsztyn.pl has been running in production since 2018.
Who owns the code and the copyright?
You do. The contract provides for the transfer of the economic copyright to the code to the client.
Do you help with publishing to Google Play and the App Store?
Yes — from configuring accounts, through store graphics (we have our own tool for that), to the publishing and update process itself.
