Small jobs — cleaning, repairs, transport, assembly — still find providers mainly through classified ads and word of mouth. We wanted to build a platform that connects both sides locally and solves three real marketplace problems: trust (who is on the other side?), communication (arrangements get lost in text messages) and disputes (no arbiter).

The challenge
The solution
The result is a Flutter mobile app (a single codebase for Android and iOS) with a catalog of over 50 service categories, geolocation of nearby providers, a two-way rating system, built-in real-time chat and a wallet. Disputes are settled by moderators within built-in mediation. The Symfony 7 backend exposes an API with JWT authorization, OpenAPI documentation and an admin panel for moderation; GDPR compliance covers export and anonymization of user data.
The outcome
The app is available on Google Play, launching in three markets: Poland, Germany and the United Kingdom, with support for four currencies (PLN, EUR, USD, GBP). Landing page: appminijob.com.

A single Flutter codebase with flavors per platform and environment. State management in Riverpod, push notifications via Firebase Messaging, Crashlytics and Analytics, sign-in via Google Sign-In, client–provider chat, maps with job geolocation.

Marketplace API
Symfony 7.3 (PHP 8.2) — accounts and provider profiles, jobs and job applications, chat, ratings, mediation. JWT authorization (Lexik), an EasyAdmin admin panel for moderation and dispute handling, OpenAPI documentation (Nelmio), deployment in Docker.
